A special print edition of Islamic Finance Today (IFT) magazine was released at the World Islamic Banking Conference (WIBC) held in Bahrain early this month. The publisher Pioneer Publications was a media partner at the event and was represented by its editor-in-chief Asiff Hussein.
IFT plans to have quarterly print issues, incorporating the main articles and interviews published in its monthly digital editions.
Since its launch as an e-magazine in early 2015, a number of leading international scholars have contributed to the publication, among them Rushdi Siddiqui, David Vicary, Joy Abdullah, Shakeeb Saqlain, Abdelilah Belatik Paul Mc.Namara, Blake Goud, Sayd Farook, Shafiq Jakhura, Farrukh Habib, Riaz Ansary, Furqan Ahmed, Ayishath Muneeza, Nida Khan, Sadia Karim, Shabana Hasan and Rosie Kmeid.
