Sri Lanka Malay Association Rupee Fund recently celebrated the 21st anniversary of Sri Lanka’s ratification of Convention on the Rights of the Child and the 11th Anniversary of the Global Movement to Say Yes to CHANGE THE WORLD WITH CHILDREN.

The Rupee Fund does a great service to the deserving children of Colombo by giving them free English Language classes with teachers like Kartini Mohamed, Dalrina Burah, Larina Drahaman, Nazeera Buhary, Fareeda Dean and Subashini Musafar doing a good job.

The SLMA Rupee Fund which was founded nearly 60 years ago is a Government Approved Charity Incorporated by an Act of Parliament.
