COLOMBO: Additional secretary to the ministry of foreign affairs U L M Jauhar left for Canada on Wednesday,July 17 to take up his appointment as Sri Lanka’s high commissioner at the Sri Lankan embassy in Ottawa.
Jauhar who had earlier served as his country’s ambassador in Kuwait, had also served as the Consul General at the Sri Lanka consulate in Ontario in Canada.
