59th Annual General Meeting Ceylon Muslim Scholarship Fund – CMSF

59th Annual General Meeting of Ceylon Muslim Scholarship Fund was held on 11th March 2012 at 47/2A, Fredrica Road, Colombo 6. Mr S.H.M.Jameel presided.

The following items as per the notice convening the meeting took place.

1. Minutes of the last AGM was read and adopted

2. Chairman's report was read

3. Audited accounts for the year 2010/2011 was adopted

4. The following were re-elected

As a building to house the Scholarship Fund office is an immediate need, the members present agreed to purchase a land within Colombo for a sum of Rs 15 million.

The assistance provided by the Fund, towards the education was reviewed and found over whelming. Possibilities of assisting Muslim Schools, within the Fund ability will be reviewed.
