FUTURE MUSLIM LEADERS' PROGRAMME – 2011
As you may be aware that the All Ceylon YMMA Conference has tied up with the Malaysian Youth Ministry
This is the 4th time that the Malaysian Youth Ministry has invited the All Ceylon YMMA Conference to enroll 25 young boys and girls with a flare for social service to participate in this programme. During the last 4 years over 100 young boys and girls have availed the use of this opportunity and has undergone this training in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
THIS PROGRAMME IS TO PROVIDE THE MUSLIM YOUTH OF SRI LANKA THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND EXPOSE THEM TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD AND TO PREPARE THEM FOR FUTURE LEADERSHIP IN CIVIL SOCIETY AND GOVERNMENT.
Participants will have a unique opportunity of interacting with Youths from several countries and gain and insight into how Youth could polish their personality contribute effectively in community development work.
The YMMA Conference takes pleasure in inviting Muslim Youth ( both boys and girls) within the ages of 17 to 25 years, preferably with G.C.E. (O/L) qualification with a good English knowledge. Knowledge of ENGLISH IS A MUST.
COST
THE COST OF PARTICIPATION IS SL RUPEES SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND ( Rs. 75,000/- This includes Cost of Airticket ( Colombo – Kuala Lumpur – Colombo) , Visa Fees, Food and Hotel Accomodation, Internal Transport, Sight Seeing Tours and Conference Fees.
PROGRAMME
The Programme includes Lectures, Workshops, Seminars, Group Activities, Sports and Physical Training activities, regular Prayers, Tours to important historical and educational centres, viewing cultural programmes, meeting dignitaries from Malaysia and farewell get-together and Dinner.
Awards also will be given for good performers.
