Application for Kalapooshana State Award 2020

Applications are called by the Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs for Kalapooshana State Award from Muslim Artists who complete 60 years of age by 15th December,2020. Application forms can be obtained from official website of Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs www.muslimaffairs.gov.lk.

Duly completed applications should be forwarded to ” The Director, Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs, No.180, T.B. Jayah Mawatha, Colombo-10″  on or before 15th July, 2020 with the  recommendation of the Divisional Secretary. The applications without the recommendation of  the Divisional secretary will not be considered.
