STF Commandant Senior DIG M.R Latiff receives the 5th-degree black belt in Taekwondo, an honorary title from the Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters in South Korea.
Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Sri Lanka, Heon Lee presented the title to the Commandant at the Korean house. Taekwondo national head coach Master Lee, SP A.M.A.L. Abeykoon and ASP H.R. Kamal Fernando of the STF also participated at the event.
