Naleemiah Institute of Islamic Studies to Celebrate Golden Jubilee & General Convocation 2023

The Naleemiah Institute of Islamic Studies is preparing to mark a significant milestone as it celebrates its Golden Jubilee and General Convocation 2023 on 24th of June at BMICH. With a rich history of 50 years of academic excellence, the institute eagerly anticipates honouring the accomplishments of the last seven graduating batches during this momentous event.

On the occasion of the Golden Jubilee, the Naleemiah Institute of Islamic Studies has planned a range of initiatives to celebrate its milestone. As part of the festivities, a commemorative souvenir will be released, capturing the essence of the institute’s journey over the past 50 years.

Following the event, an alumni general meeting will provide an opportunity for past graduates to reconnect and strengthen the institute’s alumni network. Additionally, a publication highlighting Naleemiah’s academic journey will be released, showcasing the institute’s growth, achievements and contributions to Islamic education over the past five decades. As a tribute to Late Dr. M.A.M. Shukri, the former Director, a book featuring his intellectual contributions and research works will be published. Furthermore, the celebrations will include a series of seminars and conferences, fostering intellectual discourse and promoting further advancements in the field.

The institute has recently created a special logo exclusively for the Golden Jubilee celebration. The emblem encapsulates the essence of Naleemiah’s academic journey, symbolizing its dedication to Islamic Studies and Human Sciences over the past five decades.
